    At Purple Basil Medspa & Wellness, we understand schedules shift and plans change. We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule. This allows us to efficiently utilize our time and provide optimal service to everyone.

    Late arrival, late notice & no-shows

    If we receive less than 24 hours’ notice, are over 10 minutes late, or encounter a no-show, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied to the scheduled service. This helps us ensure the value of our team’s time and availability.
